DazPak operates multiple flexographic presses in the greater Los Angeles area. Our printing uses both solvent-based and eco-friendly water-based inks, along with non-VOC UV & UV LED inks. We offer the latest technology for custom color matching services and proofing. These printing services are available in wide-web, narrow-web, and digital options.
Flexographic printing
Our flexographic printing solutions are available in up to 10 colors using high line screen count photopolymer printing plates. Our narrow and wide web presses range from 13” to 52”, with ICC profiles for 4-color process printing, proofing, and color consistency. We also utilize Digital Matchprint, PDF, and color proofs.
Rotogravure printing
Along with flexographic options, we offer 12-color rotogravure printing through our overseas partners—a great option for consistency in terms of image and color.
